The Fox and Blue Tang
Out in the oceans, there wandered a cross of a fox and mermaid - Bluebell, the blue-tang merfox. Her elegant swimming and passion for singing were unmatched, and yet she was a loner. While she would stumble upon passive wildlife and interact with them from time to time, she had no family….at least not for a long time.
Bluebell, one day, noticed a pirate ship in the middle of an area of sharks, which were all circling it. The pirate wolves onboard were taking pot-shots at them with their rifles.
Sharks were one thing her, but Bluebell hated that these pirates were rudely destroying nature, this way.
Good thing she had her merciful ways with sharks, because when one of them began to charge at her that very moment, she sang in a hypnotic voice that made the it stop in front of her, before she stroked its forehead and letting her swim onward, though she had to be under the surface to avoid contact from the pirates.
