Super Smash Bros. Fellowship 2-31

I sense I've used a snippet of a situation from Episode 1. Have you noticed it?

From this page forward, you now know why Rayman has not quite been himself. In fact, this is also why he is alone without his friends OR foes from the Glade of Dreams. 

Then again, you may have already figured this fact out, since it's been hinted throughout the comic.


Remember when I said that this whole comic was influenced by Alvin Earthworm's 'Super Mario Bros. Z'? Well....in that popular internet flash, Sonic and Shadow are the only survivors from Mobius, chased down by Mecha-Sonic. This script has mostly been, admittedly, copied-and-a-pasted into Rayman's plot for SSBF.

I am trying my best not to be a rip-off, but now that I've come this far....what can I do.
